Physical therapy focused on getting you back to the thing you stopped being able to do. One therapist, one full hour, every session.
At many clinics, a visit means fifteen minutes with a therapist, forty-five with an aide, and a discharge the moment your pain scores look acceptable. Vodic was built by someone who left that model on purpose.
Your therapist is with you start to finish. No aides, no double-booking, no rotating between three patients.
Most of the space is open movement floor, not treatment tables, so your rehab can progress into real strength work in the same room, with the same therapist.
We start with what you stopped being able to do and build the plan backward from there.
Out of pain is the floor, not the finish line. We don't stop there. The goal is getting you back to full capacity.
Most physical therapy stops at pain-free. Vodic was built on a different standard: working toward full return to activity, not stopping at symptom relief. That distinction shapes every evaluation, every plan, and every session.
The model exists because I didn't see it anywhere else. Rehab is where the work starts, and my background as a competitive collegiate athlete and certified trainer shapes how I progress it, from restoring basic function toward the specific things you want to do again. When you're discharged, you can keep building here through Wellness, or take your plan with you. Either way, the goal is the same: cleared, and actually back.

Don't see what you're dealing with? Book an evaluation and we'll work out the cause together.
A full 90 minutes. We find the actual cause, not just the sore spot, and we talk through what you're trying to get back to. You leave with a plan and something to start on.
Built around your goal, named specifically. The 10K, the deadlift, the stairs, the sport. Every session moves toward it.
We don't stop at pain-free. We keep working with full capacity as the goal, and we re-evaluate along the way.
After discharge, you can keep building strength and movement here through Wellness, or take your plan with you. Your choice.
Flat rates and no surprise bills. Every visit is one-on-one.
