2. Wellness Services

Wellness sessions offered by Vodic PT are fitness and strength training. They are not physical therapy treatment, and they are not billed to insurance.

3. Booking and Pricing

Appointments are scheduled through a third-party scheduling and records platform. Your appointments and payments are governed by the intake, financial, and cancellation policies you receive when you book, not by these Terms.

Prices shown on this Site are provided for general information and may change. The rate confirmed at booking, or in any Good Faith Estimate we provide you, applies to your visit.

4. Site Use

You may view, download, or print a single copy of any page on this Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, publish, or sell any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it;
• use any automated tool to scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site;
• impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with Vodic PT;
• transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code; or
• use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Please do not include health information in any general contact or signup form on this Site. Information related to your care should be shared during your appointment or through our patient scheduling platform.

This Site uses third-party services, including our scheduling platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
